However, they also hint that experienced chartered surveyors earn up to £54,500 per year.

How much is the hourly rate?

From the data of UK Talent, this is for the entry-level position with an annual rate of £42,500, the hourly rate is £20.43. In the average position with an annual rate of £50,00, the hourly rate is £25.64. Additionally, for the seasoned chartered surveyors, the annual rate can reach up to £62,500 with the hourly rate being £30.05. This is usually all the gathered data for chartered surveyor salary.

However, it's possible to still complete your degree if it lacks the accreditation, it takes a bit more work but the results are the same. 

You don't need to take a doctorate or master's but the process is also a bit long and different. This includes relevant experience for an MRICS membership, five years of relevant work experience, and a chartered surveyor apprenticeship. This is a general section to understand the path better.
