Curriculum Outline

This programme will provide the learners with an understanding of how nicotine dependence works. Also, there are behavioural techniques to help people in need improve their coping skills. Moreover, the participants will promote health awareness to them and everyone. From the CPD – Offer Support: Stop Smoking Aids modules, the participants will learn about:

• Developing a quit plan
• Behavioural strategies and lifestyle changes
• Managing withdrawal symptoms

After the discussion, the participants will be able to support people in need and master implementing stop smoking aids. Also, they can use this opportunity to help themselves if needed. Besides that, the CCM works with experts and professionals in this field to ensure that every self-improvement course encourages learners to seek growth and development.

Admission Criteria

Everyone can join the CPD – Offer Support: Stop Smoking Aids since there are no requirements. This course is open for smokers and non-smokers, especially if there is someone close to you who wants to quit smoking. Everybody should know how to help themselves or other people to stop this habit.
